Common questions
Signing in. Mysparkiepal uses a one-time code sent to your email โ there's no password. Enter your email, then the code we send you. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the right address.
Deleting your account. Go to Settings โ Delete my account in the app. This permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.
Reporting a problem with an answer. Use the in-app Report a problem option on any result. It logs the issue directly to us so we can fix the root cause.
Billing. Mysparkiepal is free to use at launch. Any future subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID โ manage or cancel them in Settings โ [your name] โ Subscriptions on your device.
Accuracy. Mysparkiepal is a professional aid for licensed electricians. It does not replace your own judgement, a licensed inspection, or the current published Standards. Always verify against the relevant Standard and applicable regulations.
